1. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Any request made after 7 days will be automatically denied.
Delivery date is determined by carrier tracking.
No exceptions will be made.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Original tags must be attached

Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
3. Photo Proof Required (MANDATORY)
All return requests must include clear photo proof.
Requests without photos will not be reviewed.

Full front of the item

Full back of the item
-
Close-up of tags
-
Close-up of the issue (if applicable)

Original packaging (if applicable)
Photos must be clear, well-lit, and unedited.
4. Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Requests submitted after 7 days

Sale or discounted items

Limited drops or exclusive releases

Pre-orders

Items damaged due to customer handling

Items missing required photo proof
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo proof is required.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement.
Minor manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
6. Sizing Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Returns due to sizing issues are not guaranteed and must still meet all return conditions.
Sizing complaints submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
7. Return Approval Process

Do not ship any items back without approval.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
8. Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Original payment methods will not be refunded.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from Hidden Brand.
All communications and photo proof are documented for fraud prevention.
10. Final Decision
Hidden Brand reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
All decisions are final.
